Processing & Shipping Times

  • In-stock items: Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and shipping.

  • Preorders: Preorder items take 30–40 business days to process and ship. These items are made-to-order and require additional production time.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes will not be accepted during the preorder processing period (30–40 business days). By placing a preorder, you agree to this timeline and understand that delays may occur due to production or logistics.

Shipping & Customs

Once a package is shipped, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Additional charges incurred through customs or import taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply once the item reaches the destination country.
